I’m a few days late on my period and just got a horrible pains in my stomach then I’ve leaked so I’ve gone to the bathroom and there was a clot about the size of a cherry.. could this be a miscarriage and if so do I need to go get checked out? Reason I ask is because I thought I was pregnant but just hadn’t had time to buy a test yet?
