i’m due to go on maternity in 4 weeks, right now i’m really struggling with my bills. Jobcentre/council wont help me until i go on maternity. How long does it take for claims to process? just wanting to see the light at the end of the tunnel if i’m honest x

Unfortunately they don’t rush.. It also depends on your area if your gonna claim housing benefit as certain areas have a 4 month delay.. X
Following, I’m going on maternity leave beginning of July and worried about paying my bills because maternity pay isn’t great & I’m on my own
