My son is 14 months old. Recently he has lost a bit of weight and has become a very picky eater. He refuses to eat at times and will spit out his food, however he will drink plenty of milk throughout the day. Just want to ask how many times and what kind of foods/portion sizes do other parents feed their little ones of similar age.
