Need advice please

CSA. Have just rang me and told me after investigating my ex parter and his work company. they have come back with inland revenue saying my partner only has to pay 80p a month for 2 kids, his paying £450 aweek to live in digs. Csa can’t do anything else the man on the phone said they have found a loop hole and they are using it! His advised me to get a Solisiter and take my ex partner to court !

I can’t afford a Solisiter it’s £150 an hour,

My ex hasn’t seen our girls for over 4 years none of his family see them, it’s just me my older son and the girls.
Surely there can be something else I can do ?

Any one a bailiff ?
Who could advice me

I am going to citizens advice bureau this week
