Not baby related but need advice please

Last August I signed My son up to new toddler football which was just starting out. We went to free taster session then paid for 6 weeks £21, attended one paid session then it kept getting cancel because of the guys health. Which I totally sympathise with and wrote to him sending get well soon wishes. Times ticked by and rarely has he let anyone know what’s happening. I asked him when it would restart in Feb and he said soon but last public update was march. Anyway I have got really annoyed as I paid for something which we haven’t got and the lack of communication is unprofessional. I have been asking for refund since March/April and not got anywhere. This is last message-

“I totally get where you are coming from and I understand you have been extremely patient and only due to my own circumstances I haven’t been able to afford it, I’ll strive to try my best for you sincerest apologies Mike”

What should I do? Xx
