So I’ve started a new job I’m really, really confident I talk to everyone, say morning etc when I walk in, I work in a office. I’ve only worked here 4 weeks, today I was in late shift with another lady we started talking however she started to say how the first few days she thought I was nice etc now she wasn’t so sure how to take me?? She goes on to say she can’t talk to me about work stuff etc as I get so aggressive?? however she love how enthusiastic I am etc??? I’m just sat thinking I’ve never had a conversation with this lady until today and maybe the odd question I wasn’t sure about?? why would she ever say she doesn’t know how to take me?? and she can’t take to me about work stuff as I come across so aggressive?? She then started to talk how I was on a higher salary etc than her! ( not that it is a problem )
However I’m just thinking have I done anything wrong?? should I stop been so confident? I think I’m just so passionate about my job… ???
cut the story short, should I just shut my mouth and be a bit more quite???

Keep doing your job, this women doesn’t know how to take you and said that you seem aggressive when talking about work…. the only person that seems to have issues is her. How can she call you agressive when she just told you all that.
