Our family are going through care proceedings atm and awaiting a fact find hearing. The allegation against us has come from a HV (A).
The HV (A) has now admitted fault and perjury. However
Our children went into temporary foster care straight away from her allegations, whilst the case is on going and saw a different HV (B) , now the children have been moved back into the family leading up to our fact find hearing and the original HV (A) who accused us of doing awful things to our children wants to come back and be their HV. We still have PR, and we regularly attend weigh in clinics ect do we have the right to tell her no and that we would like to keep the other HV (B) that our children was seeing. HV (A) is trying to force herself back upon our family and obviously after such false allegations being made about us and both the criminal and family ongoing court case currently she is a witness who we cannot speak to before the trial, we do not want her near our children or back in any of our lives at all! I would like some advice on what to do please regarding the HV
