a friend of ours is living with us who is an alcoholic, drinking excessive ammounts being aggressive and violent, wont accept help, has no job, stealing, causing so much stress for our family there is no end to it, sounds harsh but need them the house asap into emergency accomodation who can we turn to who can help in this situation?
