Private please I have a 15 year old and 19 year old daughter and they both have anxiety and depression my 19 year old is currently working full time and supporting herself and my 15 year old is about to sit her GCSE exams and I can tell she is putting too much pressure on herself I have 5 other kids And I am trying to help and support them all but I know my priorities are the oldest because these are times when they need my support the most but I have no idea how to help then when I’m so busy with them all
