I need to rant, I’m so angry 😡

So me and my one year old daughter went shops and one of which my “mother in law” works in. So anyway she came up to my daughter who is ONE (in two days time😝) and she says hello to her , my daughter then starts crying to the point I had to take her out her buggy and I was calming her down as she only settles with me and only me, she is really clingy with me so anyway fast forwards a couple of hours and my fiancé gets a phone call of her shouting down the phone that our ONE old daughter cried when she said hello in a very angry tone and to why she cried, she then told him to get His parcels ( our daughters birthday presents) and that they were lying outside on the steps 😡 she went on to then saying “if she cries at people get her into a nursery!!!!!!” She has fallen out with us all over our daughter crying , she hardly ever visits and then gets angry when our daughter cries at her!
