Been with partner almost 8 months! Met his kids once! I keep saying I would love to meet them again and he’s saying we will sort it soon etc. His ex partner ( mother of kids) will not allow us to take them out until I’ve met them again and they’ve got used to be which is absolutely fair enough I understand her point. What is frustrating me is my partner will go over there on his day off and stay the night once a week. Take them to school in the mornings and then pick them up and then come home to me. Is it wrong for me to feel frustrated about this? I feel kinda guilty for feeling like this but in a real world when parents are split up yes it’s good to to get along for the sake of the children but if you’re not together anymore arrangements must be made? but surely I should be involved too? … ahhh someone tell me to shut it if I sound like an idiot please.
