I split up with my x of 10 years 4 month ago we have 2 kids together he’s not been great since we split refused access threatened with court the lot come Christmas eve he said he wanted to see the kids my eldest refused to go so I took my youngest yo see him it was awkward he cried he missed them then said let’s see how the future goes which got me excited the thought of getting my family back anyway after Christmas he got all the photos and we texted all day then he turned cold in the evening back tracked he kept saying his heads a mess he’s drinking excessive non stop and that he’s poorly and he wants to give up he doesn’t no what to do something made me ask if he was gay or had feelings for males and this is why he was confused he said he doesn’t no anything no more so I asked him to be honest and that I won’t judge or tell anyone he asked me not to pressure him so I left it…has anyone been in this situation how did u cope with it? did the kids accept my it?..im finding it hard to deal with I still love him and obviously hoped 1 day my family would be together again..thankyou in advance x
