I split with my ex in August as he’s not changing his life style (he still wants the party life )but Ive always been close to his Mum who’s always been amazing to us we have a little girl together and we take it in turns with Christmas this year was my ex mother ln laws turn to have us for Christmas but my ex has already moved on and his Mum is having him and his new girlfriend for Christmas and not me and my little girl my little girl is ever so close to me and we haven’t spent a night apart since she was born and with only seeing her nanna a handful of times a year she won’t settle with her so her going up there alone to spend Christmas with them isn’t an option plus I wouldn’t have my daughter around the partner he has chosen and it’s to early for her to meet any of his new partners ,this has hurt me deeply but don’t know how to approach her about this I would appreciate your input and how would you handle this situation
