I’m 37 weeks pregnant and suffer really bad with spd I can barely get in and out bed can barely walk it doing my head in midwife letting me go full term as baby doing well and growing fine I am getting loads of pain in private area but baby is fully engaged anyone give me any advice on how to cope please
