I did all sorts with my first as I found out at 17 weeks, lifted weights , carrying furniture , drinking alcohol going to stupid parties and probably water slides . She is perfect, babies are harder than they look just be careful from the moment you find out xx
You’ll be fine. Baby will be teeny tiny and well protected
