Sensitive post taken alot to ask,
I’m suffering with extreme depression and anxiety I force myself to go out but I’m driving myself totally insane I tried a phone appointment with the Dr’s but I broke down and couldn t answer the phone I plaster a smile on and carry on but family are noticing and other people are too, I’m terrified I have my 6 month old who I concentrate on and I’m scared they will involve ss and my partner is not much help finds it hard to understand why I am like I am, but I’m on my own so much. I’m constantly fighting myself and I’m starting to loose this battle I feel like a burden to everyone
