So my child’s dad has just got home from a 14 month sentence n walked straight back into his job earing 400 to 500 a week clearing that in his bank I payed his phone bill all that time and sent him money and emails costing around 20 a month on top he is known as a high risk offender so me and my daughter are medium risk each time he has been in trouble it’s through drinking he missed so much already I have social services on my back and they’ve left me responsible if he comes round under the influence of alcohol or threatening I have to ring the police if a neighbour does it will be my arse on the line I’ve done everything by the book besotted with my child had to comfort her he came home made all these promises he won’t drink first bit of freedom he’s out drinking and fighting again like we mean nothing to him I’m considering going through csa does anyone no what I’ll be entitled to? I’ve split up with him as he’s still drinking n i refuse anything bad happening or him coming to my house just looking for advise on what to do now leaving him isn’t the problem it’s putting myself and the child at risk if he continues to drink he knows how hard it’s been I’ve been having to go to food banks while he was away to feed ourselfs what do i do now??
