Private post please.. to cut a long story short. My daughter is 11 months old. She was born breech naturally. She had her first hip scan fine no problems. However now there are signs that she has hip dysplasia. So at 11 months I’m now waiting for her to have a referral for an x ray. I’m just wondering if any other parents have found out more towards 12 months plus that there child has hip dysplasia, or similar situation & what happens after the x ray, the next step etc? If she does have hip dysplasia is she actually in pain? To add, she isn’t walking unaided, is crawling though. I just feel so helpless, worried and scared for her.. and the doctors are saying it’s easily 4 weeks to even get a referral for a hospital x ray app.
