Ive got a court order involved. Since 2015. In out of court shes breached last fathers day wouldnt allow me to have my son. And once again weekend pland up shes not allowing me to have my son fathers day. Which court order states i have him fathers day. Caffcass have picked up police records show theirs police are called out number of times. She was issued an eviction notice back in march. An still their. Shes done nothing to get herself into another home. Any1 had to do section 7?? and had caffcass come to ya house?? Im going for custody. Not out of spite out. For my sons welfare and for stability secure home and a better life away from a domestic relationship. List can go on. My son is 7. Thanks in advance.
