Im 9 weeks pregnant with twins, im booked in for a medical termination tomorrow. The thing is, i dont want to go through with it BUT realistically know that its the best choice for our family (have 2 autistic children and a 7month old baby) Im worried about how i will cope after it 😞 is there anyone who has terminated twins able to offer any advice or support please?
