So me and my partner have gone way past making up. To much has happened and to much has been said. We’ve been together for 10 years and have 2 children and I’m 10 weeks pregnant. I’ve been so ill with my pregnancy that I haven’t been able to work. He’s told me to leave as he won’t. He has all the money and he’s even took my car off me. I’m in a very vulnerable place and just feel so stuck. I just don’t know what to do. He always tries to use our kids as a weapon. Is there anyway I can get him out this house then I don’t have the stress of trying to find somewhere for us to live? Both our names are on the tenancy.
