Basically I’m just looking for advise as I don’t know what to do, I’m married got married recently and I love my husband so much I have anxiety really bad and it’s like he’s trapped with me I only feel safe when his there I’m afraid to be on my own and I feel like I’m only safe with him, sometimes he is great but some times he don’t understand and if his gone mane 4 to 5 hours I get very nervous and I have to go get him, what can I do to stop this it’s destroying my life and I really can’t deal with it anymore if my husband it’s gone a hour I just sit down and cry thinking bad things is going to happen me and his not there to stop it, I took a over dose a few months back and it brought on my anxiety because I never had this before . But I can’t keep thinking my husband will be with me 24/7 please anyone advise would be great or does anyone else suffer from this tia xx

Can you also add please I think I’m putting a lot of stress on him because of this because he hates to see me like this but only happens if it comes to my husband leaving me for a few hours and I don’t want him under any stress because of me, I just really want this to go away I’m actually afraid of it and I don’t know what to do, my husband doesn’t really drink unless it’s a occasion but when he does I think he is going to die or something bad is going to happen him x
