When I had my first, my mother had her every single weekend. Now, I have 3 kids, my youngest goes to my partners mums nearly every weekend and every 3 weekends I am completely child free. I don’t see a problem with your child staying with grandparents every weekend? X
Maybe not every weekend but no harm In gettin sometime to refresh yourself, my god I wish me and hubby did from time to time 😂 although yesterday we had a few hours alone.. we painted 🙄. Anyway lots of kids visit their other parents on weekends so maybe no difference
Used to go my nans Friday night till Saturday morning, but thats too much.
Maybe once a month, but the granny will be getting older,and im sure she would like her weekend free too.

I wish I could have someone so Nice to have my kids nearly every weekend or even every other weekend! God knows me n their dad need it..but hey some people are luckier than others..I would if I could she not a bad Mum for that at all…
My eldest always has done, it’s important that he has as much time with his dads side of the family as he does me and mine! Still got 2 younger kids at home so not childfree, I wish 😂
If it works for them, yes! Personally, I couldn’t and wouldn’t want to be away from my son that often.
