This is the first time I posted on here not sure if this is right how to do it but give it ago thank you

Hi I’m just after a some advice , my 4 year old son has been physically sick now for over a week (started last Saturday ) I took him to Docters Wednesday got told it was a bug ! He got better for like a day and then started being sick again Friday night and has been over the weekend, he does have some time in between he’s feeling well but other times he just lays in bed wanting either me or his dad by him ! I took him back to the Docters Saturday and got told he’s caught another bug !! Has anyone else’s child had a bug after a bug and gone on this long !!!! I’m getting a little worried now !!! Thank you xxx
