hello please can I get private post. please post to the relevant page.

I am 7 weeks pregnant and I’ve had a lot of bleeding. I went to a and e and the rook bloody and said my hcg was good for the stage of pregnancy. they also checked my cervix and it was shut. I came home and within half and hour I passes this. is this my baby ? have I has a miscarriage? I have to go in on Wednesday for a early scan. thanks to anyone who can help. they wouldn’t tell me if they thought I was having a miscarriage at the hospital.
