Hello guys I recently posted about manger sending me messages etc.

I’ll explain – I started with a new company around a month ago.. My manger started becoming really flirty etc – it then turned into him messaging me over Facebook saying things like ” Cute Ass” oh you should be a model ” just random shit”

It started to become really awkward for me at work. So he ended up going on the Sick (He become I’ll)

So as he went on the Sick I reported him to his manger ( My operations manger) I explained the situation emailed all the conversation over to him etc ” he confirmed it’s was misconduct and that wasn’t professional of him etc etc ‘ he then started he couldn’t do anything yet as my manger was on the Sick!

Anyway he’s been on sick.3 weeks. Yesterday my manger called in to say he would be attending back into work tomorrow.

His Manger then called me letting me know he would be back in attending work tomorrow, and if I could be civil and work with him all day today! UNTIL HE COULD ATTEND WORK ON THE 26th TO HAVE A MEETING WITH HIM AND DISCLOSE THESE MESSAGES HE’S BEEN SENDING”

Now today I’VE REFUSED TO GO INTO WORK UNTIL THIS MATTER HAS BEEN RECTIFIED!! WHY SHOULD I BE MADE TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND WITH SOMEONE THAT’S BEEN SENDING ME DISGUSTING MESSAGES BARING IN MIND I’M 22 HE’S 60!

Now guys what would you of done gone into work or refused to go in until the matter gets resolved like I have!! Xxx
