What do people give for teething pain other than calpol. My 11 month olds had 2 teeth coming threw but for the past 10 days now he’s has temperatures of 39.7 at times, nappy rash , constant runny nose and a horrible sounding terrible cough, I can see he’s got 2 teeth cutting threw but I just wondered what I can give him other than calpol. Everyday he’s been having calpol and tixylix every 4 hours and I feel like he’s just having to much now. He won’t play with his toys he just wants to cuddle all day and cries even when I’m just trying to make dinner. He literally hangs onto my leg whilst I cook crying and I can’t even walk around cos he will fall over as he’s using my leg as support so I constantly have to take him off me. I can’t get anything done and he Will only nap for like 15 mins max unless I nap with him for like 2 hours and then because he barely naps he wants to nap an hour before bedtime. He has a strict 7:30 routine but still wakes up about 3 time for milk. I got him sleeping through the night only 2 months ago but now he’s back waking up and he will be louder and louder till I give him milk. I’ve tried giving him warm water rocking him standing up and swaying him even going in the cot with him but he just wants to be in the bed on the boob. I get no sleep and because I breastfeed my partner can’t help because I can’t manage to express very much milk . He works 4 days a week to. I feel like I’m going insane. I know I’ve gone on a bit of a rant but my main question is what do people do when there clingy and in pain I can’t keep giving calpol every 4 hours constantly??
