What is the best way to get rid of a stomach bug (vomiting). Is it Better to eat or starve yourself. I’m going out for the first time ever tommorw after having a baby who is 1. And I’ve been vomiting all night. Any advice on how to get rid of it ? X

Starve it out. But you shouldn’t really go out tomorrow night and spread it around, remember the 48 hour rule!!
Fluid and toast, i always find wrapping up to sweat it out helps alot start feeling better before the vomiting stops x
Toast and water. Let your body kick out what’s causing the bug but keep hydrated and energy levels up xx
Coca-Cola but shake the fizz off then drink plenty works wonders
It goes by itself nothing really you can do to get rid of it.
IV always been told by my drs to eat bland and small regular foods and lots of water
Eat nothing drink lots of water
Water and Yakult ( excuse my spelling )
Eat something and you need to wait 48hrs to make sure your over it
Drink plenty of water and dry toast
