What would you do ? I just can’t get this out of my head I went to visit a nursery in my local area when I arrived from the car park I heard a baby screaming very distressed, so I walked in and the baby was still screaming and crying. They took me to the baby room and there was a little boy in the cot about 8 months and he was screaming crying it was so distressing. I said I’m not happy I’ve been here 20 minutes and this baby is beside his self he’s crying screaming and I’m finding this distressing speaking to you and this baby is like that. They gave me the response his parents say he self settles so he does this before he goes to sleep I said well it seems cruel to me and totally unnecessary to which the worker replies his parents have asked for self settle we have to do this to in keep with his routine at home. I said this is clearly not a nursery for my son. If that was my child I would want to know or am I just being stupid ?! What shall I do
