Would like some advice please. I have a 6 month wee one and from she was born I have been fine in myself been loving ever day with her. I am always out and about walks and stuff like that. And I love my life with her. But all off a sudden I feel sick to my stomach and just want to cry all the time. I have no family round about me. My partner can tell there is something up and keeps asking me. But what do I tell him when I don’t even no. When I am putting my little one to bed at night I just cry. I went to the docs and told them this they said I need to self help 😳😳 I feel if getting so much worse to the point I don’t want to leave the house. I do because it would be unfair to my little one. The anxiety is getting the better of my. Anyone else felt like this. Like the full world is out to hate them. Any tips would be fab. X
