Would you be able to post for me please?

I’ve had a long day today with unavoidable standing up quite a lot. I have come home, went to the toilet and wiped a few blood clots away? These are smaller than 5p’s so I’m not sure what to do. I’m 10 weeks and 4 days. Any help would be appreciated greatly x
