Yesterday I had to get the police to arrest my mums boyfriend for domestic violence towards her. Yes, I watched him punch her and I’ve seen all the bruises. I heard everything that happened. But I can’t help but think that I’ve been selfish deleting all his contact numbers and blocking his number on her phone so she can’t contact him again. I even told her if she ever contacts him again I’ll never talk to her and she’ll never see her grandkids. 😭 I feel really bad but I’m just trying to protect her… 😔 Was I wrong to say that to her? That image of him punching her will haunt me forever. He’s not even getting charged because he told them most of the bruises are from rough sex so he’s walked away with a warning to stay away from the house.
