Can I have a ppp, I’ve been booked a spa day for my birthday that includes a back massage. I’m 9 weeks pregnancy so very early. But haven’t yet announced so my friend who booked the spa obz wouldn’t know , question is. Is it safe to have a back massage pregnant even when so early ? Xx

They can give you a proper pregnancy massage, just tell the lady who will be doing it because I know there’s certain things you can’t massage whilst pregnant but they will know that and it wil be in confidence, happy birthday too xx
They advise against it. Even when i went for mine they ask and wouldnt allow it. Can you change treatment for a facial or to have your nails done?

Massage isn’t recommend in pregnancy untill after 14weeks. Then it’s recomended to have a specialised pregnancy massage! X
