I feel like My daughters temper is out of control.

she refuses to sleep every night constantly comes down stairs screaming (she never use to have any problems) now she’s screaming and crying at night most nights shouting me for everything under the sun and answering back all the time with attitude licks her tongue out when being told off says I don’t care to any punishment she’s given etc
loses her temper when gets told off and hits her dad throws her toys around her bedroom intentionally breaks things kicks the wall scratches herself I am just wondering who we can turn to maybe doctors? For tests for anger issues… she’s only 5 doesn’t have these problems at school she can be silly at school and doesn’t listen been called in a few times but most of the time at school is behaved
