Hey, can I have a ppp?

So my son is 8.5 months old and has recently been really unwell. I took him to our local walk in centre last week and the doctor said there was no sign of a viral infection and just thinks he was full of a cold.. (recommended I buy some nasal saline drops, baby Vicks and Calpol which I did) I mentioned he gets bronchilitis quite a lot but he confirmed it wasn’t that. A day or so later he started to get worse with his breathing, wouldn’t keep any food down or drink water/juice but was doing ok with his bottles so I was mainly giving him those so at least he was getting some nutrition and fluid. Fast forward to the Saturday just gone, we got really worried about him as he was REALLY struggling to breathe and his cough was getting worse so we took him to our local A&E where they diagnosed bronchilitis. At this point he was completely off everything, would refuse milk, water and food. Now he seems a lot better in himself and his breathing is miles better although his cough is still there which I appreciate can take a couple of weeks to completely clear but I’m literally worried about him not eating at all. I was so worried, I took him back to A&E yesterday (Monday) as he wasn’t feeding so they checked his blood sugar and said it was fine, he managed to drink a bottle whilst there too so they sent us home. I was just worried about him getting dehydrated 😩 anyway he is still off everything but is not whinging he is hungry or anything, quite happy to sit there and play but I guess my question is, how can I build his appetite back up? He’s always been a fantastic eater, never left any milk and always finished his food, I never knew when he was full cos he would just carry on eating constantly 😂 he has bronchilitis at least 3 times before and it’s never put him off his food like this?

Thanks! ☺
