Hey, could you post a question that I’m really seeking support with.

I’m the primary carer for my son. His dad applied for a child arrangements order, prohibited steps order and one other that I can’t remember. He’s back in prison now. I’ve taken my son on holiday every year & due to him having a diff surname I take his birth certificate. However, I’m unsure whether I will need his fathers permission. It’s only 10 days?
