Can I have a ppp?

Just looking for peoples opinions, I have 2 daughters 6 & 2, they have different fathers I am with my youngests dad and he has taken on my eldest (her bio dad has never bothered) my mum and dad have a very close bond with my eldest, they used to have her every Saturday night when she was a baby and still do often but now my youngest is older and is starting to ask if she can go aswel, she has stayed with them twice in 2 years, but they say both is too much as they both work full time still which I completely understand but I’m starting to think it’s best to say to not have either of them as it really mean on my youngest? Even though this will mean my eldest missing out. It’s really awkward and I don’t know what to do? (Before anyone starts I am grateful they have them, I know lots don’t, I never ask they always offer) just wondered if anyone had any ideas, thanks x

  • How about you ask them to do swaps so one time your eldest daughter and another time your youngest.
If they don’t agree I would say it not fair on your youngest I can see if will not be fair on your eldest daughter but that not your fault or hers it’s their nan and grandad who refuse to have the youngest.

  • Maybe wait another year and see if the take the 2 year old when she’s a bit older , out of Nappies ect , might be a bit easier on them then ?
