Have drank milk lots of it
Don’t drink milk it will just cause acid in your stomach and make the heart burn 100 times worse.. get your midwife to prescribe you something x
Ranitidine my doctor prescribed it when I was pregnant. Can also buy it over the counter, savers do it for £1. And most places sell the brand name of zantac but it’s dearer.
Try some baking soda with warm water…the cheapest and most natural remedies.
Basically add 2 tea spoons to a cup and stair it…
Doesn’t taste the best but may help
You can get Nexium over the counter and it’s safe to take when pregnant. You need to take 1 tablet a day. It takes 24 hours to work from first tablet but it was a life saver for me 🙂
B&m do some tablets in a blue n white box for heart burn that’s what I used but used to have loads tired all the sick bands and old wife’s tales like ginger biscuits🤢
