Hi – could you please post a private message for me?

Hi – is there anyone out there who suffered with Postpartum Psychosis or similar after the birth of their little one and was prescribed olanzapine? I’ve been on it for around 10mths now and trying to come off it (gradually came down to low dose of 2.5mg) but I can’t seem to sleep naturally anymore without it.
Has anyone had any experience of this and if so how do you come off it successfully? Twice now I’ve tried and both times I had trouble getting back to sleep or falling asleep in the first place. Have had to go back on the tablets as I need sleep to look after my wee one and function during the day!
