Hi could you please post x I am looking for some advice, today is my due date since this afternoon I have this tightening feeling in the top of my stomach with pains in my back in the middle and at the bottom. I also feel nauseous and feel the need to go to the toilet for a number 2 all the time. Is this a sign of early labour? This is my second child but my first was emergency Caesarean section so I have no idea what to look out for. Many thanks x
