Hi please can I have private post.

Can anyone give me advise regarding my very very anxious 9 year old son! He’s just getting worst I will talk to the doctor too regarding it. I just don’t understand where it has come from… he so scared bad things are always gonna happen he’s extremely over protective with his 2 year old sister to the point I have to tell him to back off because he smothers her if we are out shopping she can’t walk a few feet away from us or even if we go soft play he won’t just sit and watch and has to follow her everywhere . It’s nice but it’s really not healthy for him to worry if I’m not worrying. I can’t even leave them in the car at a petrol garage he completely freaks out crying! So now he’s has to go down to bed early tonight cause back at school tomorrow he’s come up stairs sobbing his heart out barely catching his breath that all he can think is when he leaves me tomorrow I may end up in a crash. I calm him down and reassure him but he keeps saying “mummy I just can’t help think like that what’s wrong with me?” … I my self suffer from healthanxiety he doesn’t know that cause it’s never discussed around him but I deal with my as well as I can but I can’t seem to help him . What should I do ?
