Hiya, can I have a pp please! NO BASHING!

Probably a bit of a dumb question as she’s only small but what’s a reasonable punishment for a 14 month old? She knows what no means but just doesn’t care. She laughs and does whatever I’ve said no to anyway! Wanna give her some boundaries! It’s like the terrible 2’s have come early!! Thankyou x
