Advice needed please!!
Has anyone on here changed their child’s surname, or double barrelled it without the fathers consent? My daughter who is now 4 hasn’t seen her father for 2 years and she has his surname! I’m looking to take her on holiday and for that reason amongst others I need to do something regarding her surname as she would be the only one with his surname, there is no chance of him giving consent, I’ve had a solicitor trying to find him to no avail for 6 months, so now at my witts end, what can I do?
