Advice of you lovely people. I’m 25 and my period finished a week ago and I’ve came on again just as heavy with period pains.. I’ve also been having hot flashes for about a week and wake up in the night full of sweat … wondering if anyone has experienced this and/or has any advice on it. Thankyou in advance 🌸
