Advise needed please

I went to pick my son up from pre school, I was looking through the window.. he was just watching the other kids through the window playing outside a worker came along picked him up and moved him ( he wasn’t in the door way )

So he went to a table and was playing with some blocks, building them up and knocking them over like kids do.. she then said something to him & walked away.. 2 mins later she came back getting in his face pulled his arms.. made him sit on the floor when there was a perfectly good chair at the table

I have checked his arms for red marks and bruises but nothing it may not have been as hard as it looked but still don’t pull my child’s arms when there’s a chair he can sit on.

As I walked in to pick him up she got another worker to come over to me and tell me something? Why couldn’t she come over herself & tell me what she needed to say.

Am I over reacting? I literally felt like booting the door down and ripping her head off but that’s obviously not the right thing to do!
