I have a 6 and a half month old who grabs at things in the air like hand flapping, he’s not very verbal for his age either he does babble occasionally. Autism runs in the family and in so worried from what I’ve read these can be indicators.. he hand flaps at things scratches things makes noises etc I’m a FTM. He can sit up if placed on the floor for a good 5+ mins. He copy’s things I do when playing with toys, smiles a hell of a lot when you talk to him. He’ can laugh but he doesn’t very often unless playing peekaboo. I’m just so worried about it. Does anyone here have a autistic child what were your little ones doing at his age? Please no judgement, I’ll love him no matter what. I’m just worried & stressed because I don’t know what to expect.
