No basing please. Admin please can watch?

I had an termination back in April,(surgical) I bleed for 2 weeks like they say, 6weeks later I had my period, (5days) but few days later I started bleeding again, wasn’t heavy and didn’t last long, but a day or 2 later I started again.. Bascially I’ve been spotting bleed ever since my period. I’ve just had a period (week ago tomorrow) but I’m bleeding again, this time tho there was quiet alot, (like another period had started)
Is this normal? Has anyone been through similar? I have spoken to my GP he says it is not than likely my body adjusting to everything and trying to get back to normal? It’s now starting to worry me 🙁
I also have a smear test tomorrow, Will they go ahead of I’m still bleedong/spotting?
