Bit concerned about my sons nee, he fell over last week. It was bleeding but not bad so din’t think anything off it, he had shorts on.. anyways he picked it and now it’s like this? Photos attached

My son fell over after it looked like it had healed up 6 weeks later this appeared. Took him back to the doctors they game him cream and antibiotics it went with in a few days. Turns out he still had a small stone in it x
It looks infected hun, i would get him to the doctors, as he probably needs antibiotics. If he also has a tempiture, than its more then likely.
Put a pen mark around the redness then you can see if it spreads. If so doctors tomorrow if not before especially if he has a temperature xx
Use what Cathy suggested but I would also keep an eye on the redness… If it starts to go up the knee and thigh then take the little one to the doctors. It looks infected and may need antibiotics if this happens although what Cathy suggested may prevent the need for antibiotics. x
get some magnesium sulphate paste and put on his knee with a dressing looks like something maybe in it and that will draw it out or any puss x
My son fell on something and came out like that turned out to be a bite needed antibiotics for it
