Currently 15 weeks pregnant and vegetarian, wondering what supplements or foods I can take/eat to make up for what i won’t be getting from meat? Thanks x

I can’t remember what I was told, ask ur midwife for list of food with iron or get iron tables x
Use quon meet its, filled with vitamans and iroing and its lovely in pasta
Brocolli, cabbage, spinach loads of fruit n veg xx
