Can anyone give me advice on this?? I’m in Ireland so not sure if it’s similar in UK! Can anyone please read for me and give me your thoughts on number 5! If anything was to ever change and the kids won’t go or something happens do I not have to send them?? Not like court order? If they don’t go they don’t go or is it like a court order they must go… But says no conditions to overnights etc, sorry I’m slow 🙁 xxx

From what i can gather it means the kids can go if and when they want to and if they dont want to go one week then they wont be made to go
means u’s havent been to court and no orders in place. therefore theres nothing in force to guarantee over night stays
It means you’ve never been to court regarding the child/ten. It’s always been an agreement between yourselves
Do it court is awful just be adults
